PERSONAL TRAINING

BaiFit provides 1-on-1 and Small Group (2-4) Personal Training, for those looking for extra attention to detail and focus in specific areas of their training.

 

BaiFit was born and built from humble beginnings of 1:1 Personal Training. It is where Bailey started in his garage, and has evolved with us in every stage of BaiFit’s growth.

 

It is an integral part of our business, and is the thing we pride ourselves on the most out of any of our services.

 

Whether you are brand new to the fitness space, an experienced athlete looking to learn a new skill, or just want some extra accountability and time with a coach, weekly PT sessions are the best way to personalise your fitness.

1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Have the coaches full attention as you work in a completely individualised session. Sessions are 60 minutes in length. 

$100 / SESSION

1-ON-2 PERSONAL TRAINING

Grab a training buddy and group up for a 1-on-2 Personal Training session. Sessions are 60 minutes in length.

$50 / SESSION

1-ON-3 PERSONAL TRAINING

With three athletes, our 1-on-3 provides a small group training session to work on the groups common training goals. Sessions are 60 minutes in length.

$33 / SESSION

1-ON-4 PERSONAL TRAINING

Our 1-on-4 training setting is our most affordable training option, with our Personal Training environment still achieved. 

$25 / SESSION
